How we handle your passport information and personal data.
Applying for a visa requires personal information. We understand how sensitive that is — especially when it involves your passport.
We collect information because it's needed to provide your visa service, communicate with you, coordinate consulate or embassy drop-off, and return your passport — not to build a marketing profile about you.
Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (used as your passport return address).
Your passport's expiration date, your home state (used to determine which consulate or embassy has jurisdiction over your case), visa type, number of applicants, and your answers to a short eligibility checklist (such as passport validity and blank-page status).
When you mail us your passport for the service you ordered, we handle the physical document itself as described in our Terms of Service.
We do not collect credit card or bank account numbers through this website. Payment (for example by Zelle or Venmo) is arranged directly between you and us after your application is submitted, using the payment app's own transfer — not a card-processing form on our site.
Emails and messages you send us, and our replies, including anything you tell us about your case.
Standard technical information your browser sends to any website you visit (like your general browser type). We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracking script on this site.
Applying for a China visa necessarily means your application information is submitted to the applicable Chinese Consulate, Embassy, or official Chinese government visa system (COVA). This is an unavoidable part of any China visa application, whether you apply through us or on your own.
Beyond that, we share information only where it's genuinely needed:
We do not sell your personal information or your passport information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't have any advertising or analytics integrations on this site to share it with in the first place.

We don't claim these measures make anything "100% secure" or guaranteed against every possible risk — no honest business can promise that, and we'd rather be straightforward with you than make a claim we can't back up.
We keep the information and documents related to your case for as long as reasonably needed to complete your service, respond to any follow-up questions, and meet our own legal, accounting, or dispute-related recordkeeping needs. We have not yet finalized a specific retention schedule (for example, an exact number of days after your case closes) — we intend to publish one here once it's set, and in the meantime we do not keep sensitive application materials longer than we reasonably need to.
A China visa application already requires sensitive information, so our goal is to collect what's reasonably necessary to provide your service — not to gather information simply because it might be useful someday. Our application form does not ask for your Social Security number or other government ID numbers beyond what the visa application itself requires.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracker on this site. The only browser storage this site uses is a small, non-personal preference for whether you last viewed the site in English or Mandarin, and a flag remembering whether you've already dismissed an on-page notice — neither one identifies you personally or leaves our browser.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under California law. We do not currently run advertising campaigns that would involve sharing your data with an ad network.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know what personal information we have about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we don't need to keep. To make a request, just contact us — we'll respond and won't put you through unnecessary hoops. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Because this site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, there is currently no cross-site tracking for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. If that changes in the future, we will update this section and honor applicable signals as required by law.
China visa applications sometimes involve children. When the visa applicant is a minor, their information should be provided by, or with the authorization of, a parent or legal guardian. We use a minor applicant's information only to provide the visa service that was ordered for them — never for unrelated marketing.
If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will investigate and provide notifications as required by applicable law. We can't promise that a breach is impossible — we can promise to act responsibly and tell you if one happens.
